Why do you restrict to sell MLB At Bat 2009 only on the App Store of US and Canada? It doesn’t include real-time video broadcating, but audio.

MLB At Bat is in effect of blackout rules? I’m in Korea, and I don’t have any US credit cards, can not purchase any item in the U.S App Store.

Is there anyway in a future update you guys could make it so when your streaming live audio the scream and dim like when you listen to music on the “i-pod” side. I used this at work yesterday and it was amazing however it chewed my battery alive b/c the screen had to stay lit up like a Christmas tree, so if it could “go to sleep” and still stream audio that would make this an amazing app.
